- BSL is an extremely eco-conscious organisation. It has undertaken extensive process of greening the barren land around the plant and recycles over 70% of the water used in the plant.

in the dyeing processes. The company stringently adheres to all

Human Resource Development
- The company lays a lot of emphasis on management of its human resources. We impart in-house and specialised training for our newly recruited and existing staff.
- The workforce is trained on correct use of machinery, safety, improving work efficiency, waste control and self development.
The company uses the services of reputed external agencies for consultancy - Institute of Labour Department, Jaipur and the Bombay Textile Research Association. At BSL classes are conducted to ensure our staff is 100% computer literate.
