The processing gives the fabric its final make up,
shade, depth, finish and overall appearance.
- Dyeing of the various blends is done on our advanced
Hisaka jet dyeing machine and Jiggers from Intes, Italy.
- We use the latest Stabila Relaxing machines from
Sperotto Rimer, Italy, for completely relaxing / shrinking the fabrics.
- The processing of woollen blends is done on Italian
Supervelox Machines. Our cotton blends are treated at our Mercerizing
and Compressive Shrinking range to produce shrink free fabrics.
- The finishing of the fabric is done on highly
automated Sellers KD Autoclave and the latest Italian TMT 2000. The
Sellers(UK) Shearing machine and Osthoff Singer(Germany) ensures the
complete removal of surface fibres.

Processing Division has some specialised machines to
process the new generation fibers like Tencel, Lyocell Nucell to cater to
the demands of emerging markets.
- Rotormat from Italy handles complex processes like
enzyme treatment, sand washing, fibrellation, difibrellation, drying and
softening.
- Rotary Press from Mario Crosta, Italy, classical
paper press from Sellers(UK) are used to change the overall appearance
and handle of the fabrics.
- Superfinish from M.Tech, Germany ensures a high
quality fabric for synthetic blends.
- All the processing stages adhere to the GFP (Genuine
Fabric Process) method that improves the tailorability of the fabric. We
take great care to ensure that only the best product reaches you.
